I am so dang excited for this little girl to come!

Why do I need to wait 6 more weeks? That's forever when you're huge. I'm hoping this little lady will be like Miles and come 2 weeks early - that would mean I'd only have 5 weeks left. Either way, it's too long.
I've been trying to distract myself with little things... I've never been so on top of laundry. Seriously, I've finally mastered it. It's my biggest source of pride lately. Since we've moved here the hampers are never full and laundry gets put right away. It makes me happy (sad I know).
Anyway, we decided to have the girls share a room so that nobody has to move to the basement. Mike and I like having the kid's rooms close to ours, so that means the boys share and the girls share. Morgan is thrilled to have the baby in with her, and since she can sleep through anything, I think it will work out fine.
I decided to put the girl's names over their beds, and since letters are so dang expensive (between $15-20+ per letter), I decided to make some myself. Here's a glimpse of Morgan's... (obviously not on the wall yet). And the best part - both names together cost me under 30 bucks to make.

Sneak peak at baby's name... I'm only giving you one letter - but now you know there is an "E" in her name. That's all I'm saying :) This is a different name than the one we decided on a couple months ago... Totally new!

Another thing that makes me excited for this baby to come is my recent purchases... A new car seat and diaper bag. YAY!
I've been spending a lot of time researching car seats, but I finally made a decision and ordered one. (Diapers.com is awesome if you haven't used it before!!) Our old car seat made it through 3 kids and it's definitely outdated and must be put to rest. I can't believe how amazing this car seat is. I love the feel of the fabric - I just want to climb in myself and take a little nap :) And this diaper bag I found at pottery barn is exactly what I was looking for! It clips around the stroller people - no more stuffing it underneath in the little basket. With my sit and stand stroller (which I absolutely love by the way! Best kind of stroller when you have a baby and toddler!) that was a huge problem for me last time around.

BUT, just when I start getting really anxious for this baby to come, this little guy brings me back to reality... Another baby means eventually another toddler... And that I can wait another 6 weeks for :) Today I found Will on the top shelf in our pantry looking for the stash of fruit roll-ups I hide for Morgan's lunch. Busted!

Along with my car seat came these lovely products... A few more reasons I am okay with waiting a little longer!!!

Too much info??

Another marathon down for my man!

This morning Mike ran his 3rd marathon, The Top of Utah, and he didn't pass out this time! (I think it helped that temperatures weren't in the 90's like last time). He's been training with our friend Carl by them running into work once a week for their long runs. Mike usually prefers to run solo, but this time around he really enjoyed having someone to run with.

It makes me excited to get this little person out of my body so I can train for something. I have to admit I'm a little jealous of those metals hanging around their necks... Will particularly liked the metals. Will didn't care if he earned it or not, he wanted to wear it anyway. (Have I mentioned that Will likes to take his diaper off all the time lately? Potty training may be right around the corner.)

Will has developed a shoe fetish lately. He loves wearing all of our shoes and stomping around the house. He says "shoooe". It's adorable!

I have hit the 30 week pregnancy mark. YAY! Big day, big belly.

Today Mike had the day off for labor day so we took the kids on a hike. It took us almost 2 hours to walk what should have taken about 45 minutes, but lets just say our kids are easily distracted. There were too many flowers to pick, grasshoppers to catch, and rocks to collect.
I forgot my camera, but Mike had his phone so we could capture our fun morning. The only bummer is that the pictures don't come close to capturing the beauty of the view. We were much higher up than the pictures seem.

Picking out the best rocks...

My favorite picture of the day... Will getting a lift down the mountain while sucking his thumb.

We are having a hard time letting go of summer...

Last week Morgan's cute friend Sadie turned 7. Luckily for us she wanted to go boating to celebrate and they invited our whole family!

The dads showing off their back flipping skills...

Or side flipping skills :)

MaryAnn and cute little Davis...

More summer tubing!

It was a hot day and the sun wore us out. Will was wiped out before we even got off the boat.

We really need a boat. Someday perhaps. At least we are smart and choose friends that we can mooch off of :)
