Cali has more kitties

The kitties Cali had not too long ago, decided it was time to have kitties of their own…. They didn’t care that they were brother and sister 😳😳

Turns out incest kitties can be pretty cute.

Meg is especially fond of this little one named Boba. 

Fast forward a week and Meg likes this one instead.  She’s so cute!  Cali named her peaches but Meg thinks she needs another name.  I can't believe I'm even considering this, but Meg may keep one. The things we do for this girl!

This winter Meg’s been going swimming with Cali a lot! Cali’s grandma has a pool at her apartment building and they’ve been using it!! 

And sometimes when they’re sick of the pool, Nicole takes them to the lake 😳🥶

Meg Goes to the Temple!

It took about 2 months to get in, but we finally got a reservation for baptisms.  Meg was so excited to go for the first time.

Morgan was in town for the weekend and was able to join us. 💕

Meg’s been down a lot with her CRMO, so we’ve been trying to find fun things she can go do.  I signed her and Morgan up for a mini Picasso date night. Aren’t their paintings so cute!

💝 Happy Valentine’s Day 💝

My dads birthday is a few days before Valentines Day.  I spent the afternoon helping my mom pick out decorations for dad’s grave.  Turned out so cute! Happy Birthday Dad!

Glad it Wasn’t a Raccoon 🦝 !

Mike and I came home from his birthday lunch and heard scratching and banging inside the fireplace flue. Something was in there!!  After spending some time assessing the situation; Mike decided to just open the flue to see what comes out.  I thought he was crazy because I was sure it was a raccoon.  

Luckily for Mike when he opened the flue this fell out: 

We borrowed some fishing nets from a neighbor and thought it would be really simple to catch it and set it free.  Miles walked in right as we were about to open the fireplace door and came to help.  This picture sequence shows what happened…

The bird got around the nets and flew upstairs while the boys stood there in shock for a second figuring out what just happened.  Mike may have blamed Miles, but after a slow motion replay from the video, Miles was exonerated from any wrongdoing. 😂

After a few minutes of chasing him around Will’s room, they finally had him!  

What a fun birthday adventure for Mike!!
